I am primarily responsible for the management, operation, profitability, and growth of CCP’s brokerage service line. Associated responsibilities include long-term strategic planning, business development, business plan development, tracking business pipeline, new agent training, and recruitment. I manage a sales team of over 30 professionals, and two other direct reports: the Director of Marketing, and the Manager of Brokerage Services. I manage the service line budget and control costs while growing revenue. I am also responsible for tracking and reporting on earnings. I ensure that best practices are followed, and the company core values are widely practiced. As part of the company leadership team, I help guide company decisions, initiatives, spending, and evaluate growth opportunities. In addition to the Richmond team, I remotely manage the Virginia Beach office brokerage team. Finally, in 2021, I received the company’s Excellence in Leadership Award.
