Three years after graduating from Louisiana State University, Scott began his career with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as a Financial Representative.In January of 2002 Scott switched hats, within the Northwestern family, to begin his position with Strategic Employee Benefit Services (SEBS) of Louisiana as an Employee Benefit Specialist. On August 1, 2011, SEBS of Louisiana was purchased by HUB International. HUB International is one of the largest global brokers, providing coverage in 75 countries worldwide. In this current capacity, Scott actively works with clients to determine corporate benefit philosophies, educates clients on the ever-changing world of compliance, and develops and implements innovative and cost effective solutions in a world of rising benefit costs.
