I help technology businesses move from complexity and firefighting to clarity, control and commercial momentum.I’m a Fractional CTO, technology advisor and board-level partner who specialises in stabilising, scaling and repositioning tech functions during periods of growth, uncertainty or underperformance.With 30+ years spanning R&D, systems engineering, software architecture and executive technology leadership, I operate at the intersection of strategy, operating model and delivery.
