He played a pivotal role in facility safety, dashboard development, and managing the Management Nursing Associate program. His leadership has driven improvements in the safety and operational structure of the facilities, supporting overall organizational success.During the COVID-19 pandemic, Scott led the CMC Incident Command Center, where he coordinated surge planning, operations, equipment procurement, and system-wide communications. He also played a key role in establishing new departments for teammate screening, testing, on-site vaccination, and virtual provider rounding. Currently, Scott is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, continuing to enhance his leadership and strategic skills to further drive positive change in healthcar
