With nearly 20 years in the recruiting industry, Scott has earned himself the reputation of a problem-solver with the ability to develop high-level recruiting strategies. Prior to founding Hilltop Talent, Scott was the Founder and CEO of Recruit Universe, one of the fastest growing search firms in the US, focusing on the Manufacturing, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Data Analytics space. Before founding Recruit Universe, Scott was a Senior Recruiting Partner with ADP RPO, a leading recruitment process outsourcing provider. Scott also spent over six years as a Recruiting Manager with Global Employment Solutions, a publicly traded consulting and search firm based out of Colorado. ​​Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in PR / Communications from Shippensburg University. His interests include camping, hiking, volunteering, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his growing family. Scott resides outside of Philadelphia with his wife, two daughters and two fish.
