As a Senior Manager with 10 years of leadership at Amazon, I lead the North American Customer Experience (CX) and the Worldwide Program Management team for AMXL, the e-commerce business for heavy and bulky goods that serves over 79 million customers annually. With over 4 years of experience in my current role I have led the development and implementation of scalable solutions that have solved complex business pain-points and enhanced the experience of our customers across a global network, which has accelerated our growth from being a concept to a disruptive, high-functioning e2e business. My passion is developing people and fostering an agile, growth mindset culture. I leverage my MBA from William & Mary and my US Naval Academy education to empower my team of 130 senior corporate leaders and analysts to work backwards from the customer, build clear governance frameworks, and operate the internal data & information architecture to smartly scale our business.    I lead North American CX and our worldwide Program Management team for AMXL at Amazon, which is comprised of 130 senior corporate leaders and analysts across Seattle (Washington), Washington DC, Tempe (Arizona), Hyderabad (India), and San Jose (Costa Rica). We focus on solving complex problems with material impact by working backwards from the customer, building clear governance frameworks across cross-functional teams and engineering scalable solutions that maximize the efficacy of our E2E business. We also build and operate the internal information architecture that allows us to effectively ingest and drive all global executive business reviews.• CX Leader: Responsible for all key North American flagship CX Performance (Customer Concessions, Customer Contacts, Delivery Accuracy). • Tech Leader: Responsible for the worldwide tech investment prioritization, software developer (SDE) headcount, and the associated portfolio management for AMXL.• Executive Influence: Team leads all weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive business reviews at L8 and L10 (Amazon VP) levels. • WW Goal Setting: Team leads the global goal setting process, to include S-TEAM goals that are reported to senior executives. • Team led the public and successful integration of Peloton into the AMXL portfolio in 2022. • Public Policy Leader at Amazon: Authored and led Amazon\'s global 2-Person Team Lift policy re-introduction after COVID forced processes to be ceased. Led leaders across all businesses arenas to include Legal, Communications, Operations, Tech, Safety, Finance, and Supply Chain. Presented plan to C-Suite executive (Dave Clark) for approval in 2020.
