Scott has over 35 years of surety experience, including large national and regional surety company experience, as well as independent agency experience.FCCI was originally founded in 1959 by a group of local contractors to form a self insured workers\' compensation fund. FCCI has evolved into a commercial property and casualty insurance company operating in 20 states and growing (46 state capability for surety in 2023). FCCI operates under a mutual insurance holding company structure and is \"A\" rated by A.M. Best and has a current Treasury Listing of over $75 million.
