As a NetApp Tech Team leader, I help clients navigate the world of data management across todays hybrid cloud landscape to discover new methods for competitive advantage while fostering business growth. Companies today are facing unprecedented challenges due the rapid growth of data. This has led to an explosion of information along with the need to secure, share, analyze, move and store massive volumes of data. My job is to help customers discover the right technology solutions that will resolve these complex issues. To do that I am privileged to help build and develop successful teams of people across NetApp who provide organizations with unique solutions to control and manage their data. My core values and work ethics are based on trust, dependability and a team-first approach.For me, it is all about the team. I am entirely dedicated to maximizing the full potential of our people so that they can deliver a service that ensures an excellent customer experience and outcomes.I am also proud to have been selected to be a part of NetApp\'s “Guiding Coalition” change leadership group which identifies and recommends change in the business. My role as a team leader of the People First Initiative was not only very rewarding, I learned new ways of leading through the enlistment and buy-in of a cross functional team of volunteers.Outside of NetApp, I am husband and father to 3 great kids, a former college baseball player and now a golfer. Since golf is a favorite sport among executives, I decided to turn that touch point between my private and professional life into a networking event - the Annual NetApp Neumer Cup in Iowa, where customers and partners can share business ideas and play golf in a unique Ryder Cup format.Helping others is a priority in both my personal and private life.
