Over the last 4 years, I have held various business partnering roles supporting Diageo\'s GB Market - including Functions (Finance, CR, Legal & Supply Chain), Marketing, Commercial Strategy and most recently the Diageo Luxury Company. Currently Head of HR for GB Marketing and Diageo Luxury Company (E2E Luxury business unit within the GB Market). Supported a full organisational restructure of the E2E GB Commercial Structure to embed greater accountability & simplification, and drive value against our strategic breakthrough areas. Included the creation of a new standalone Luxury business unit and full redesign of our Route To Market. Led the culture & engagement workstream to embed new leadership behaviours & ways of working across the newly-reorganised GB Market. Contributed towards an 11% increase in employee engagement, benchmarking ahead of industry best practice. HR lead on the integration of Diageo’s Don Papa rum acquisition HR lead for Diageo’s newest London Brand Home: “Guinness at Old Brewer’s Yard”. Leading on HR strategy, organisational design, resourcing and project delivery. Oversaw the closure of a brand homes site to members of the public. General business partnering accountability for talent strategy, organisational effectiveness, culture, engagement, employee relations etc
