   Engage and train volunteers at a nonprofit organization that assists the homeless community and low income families in need by providing food and clothing. Directly responsible for the \"Toy Land\" Operations of the Holiday Tent during Christmas season serving an average of low income families a year. Contributes in the development and operations of community fairs and events at Metropolitan Ministries Campus to instill self sufficiency, dignity, and hope to the homeless population in the Tampa Bay area. Performs pro-Bono services as a handyman at the Metropolitan Ministries Outreach department and volunteer services to facilitate Outreach department operations. I am part of the Metropolitan Ministry\'s Volunteer Staff.
