Hired to grow Pure Storage’s professional services business by establishing offerings, proposal processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, engage in solution development with sales teams, partners and customers as necessitated, and guide strategies to drive top line bookings. • Built 5 new Global Pure Service offerings which included brochures, pricing strategy, delivery strategy, service artifacts and GTM sales presentations and which generated over $1M in new PS bookings during FY20. • Quoted PS services for over 200 accounts and responded to 7 RFP’s over the course of 1 fiscal year amounting in support of over $100M’s in Pure product sales and a closure of over $20M of PS business during that time supporting the Americas and Canada- 2021 Pure Performance Club Winner • Wrote and produced two instructional sales videos which became mandatory quarterly sales training on new elements of our Professional Services portfolio. • Delivered PS updates, EBC’s and presentations at Pure sales kickoffs for over 40 different venues throughout FY20. • Add three new special purpose certified delivery partners to support the delivery of new offerings and scale our bandwidth/capabilities in some of the more mature service offerings.
