I use my 15+ years of experience to advise and develop opinions of value consistent with the requirements for the State of Michigan assessment rolls. These values offer guidance and assurance to governmental units regarding proper assessments, as well tax savings for petitioners in the event a correction is warranted.Achievements include:* Providing tax savings to governmental units by negotiating and reaching amicable tax appeal settlements while often resulting in tax deductions for the petitioner as well.* The savings for the governmental units come from providing concise cost-saving preliminary analysis for internal decision making/negotiations in lieu of more in depth costly analyses designed for preparation at the tribunal. However, in the event an amicable solution is not achieved, preparation for for Michigan Tax Tribunal is an additional services provided.
