Responsible for the sourcing & attraction methods employed to present the hiring managers with the best candidates available for open job roles. Create a talent pool of candidates who can meet the company’s current and future needs by fulfilling the job criteria and who are evaluated as a ‘fit’ based on their proven experience and alignment to the company’s values & culture. Manage recruitment and selection for the site, including: • Lead all recruitment activities & recruitment processes • Work in partnership with operational leaders to deliver a consistent recruitment strategy for each department • Liaise with Business Operational Leaders to define Job Descriptions • Research and choose which job advertising options work best for each role • Organise Job postings internally for all vacancies that arise • Organise Job postings externally on Job Boards for direct recruitment campaigns • Work with PSL and other niche agency providers to attract applicants for difficult to fill roles • Filter and shortlist CVs and applications • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques • Organise / arrange interviews for progressing candidates • Provide support and guidance to recruiting managers for the recruitment of new employees • Strive to continually streamline resourcing processes • Participate in career events and job fairs • Act as a point of contact for all resourcing issues and matters • Implement monitoring systems to ensure cost targets are met and suggest improvements • Recommend ways to improve Valneva’s employer brand • Analyse management information to develop areas of focus • Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy – Future Talent Pooling • Contribute to the growth and development of the business by hiring the right people
