Ensures the completion of corrective actions. • Lead the development of a permitting system for non-routine and high hazard tasks. • Serve in key role for the internal emergency response team (HazMat) & assist with preparedness, training and equipment selection. • Develop and maintain equipment and job-specific Lockout / Tagout procedures for complex systems. • Present and evaluate the on-going effectiveness of training programs to personnel related the organization’s Environmental Health & Safety Management System. • Perform routine EH & S inspections of PPE, environmental monitoring, fire control and emergency response systems. • Assign, track and oversee the timely completion of safety related action items. • Coordinate hazardous material handling, storage and disposal
