I’m a Senior UX/Product Designer with over a decade of experience transforming complex systems into clear, intuitive digital experiences. My work spans enterprise, B2B2C, and internal platforms - often in regulated or high-stakes environments like health tech, science, and government services.At Thermo Fisher, I led UX for a scientific quality investigations platform, prototyping complex workflows for lab users and aligning closely with product and engineering to ship impactful features fast. At Microsoft, I designed wireframes, prototypes, and flows for projects supporting NASA, the U.S. Military, and FEMA. I created and maintained design systems, collaborated with engineers and PMs to define features, and applied human-centered design principles to improve usability, accessibility, and engagement at scale.Earlier in my career, I spent several years leading visual and interaction design at adidas, designing across affiliate and supplier ecosystems while maintaining a strong brand presence.I thrive in teams that value curiosity, clarity, and systems thinking - and I love solving messy problems with design that feels effortless to the end user.
