I joined the company upon the acquisition of Onvia in 2017 and currently serve as Senior Manager of Information Solutions, responsible for managing a 44-member internationally distributed data analysis organization, a million-dollar ops budget, and manage three managers of teams that collect and parse procurement data for our GovWin IQ product. My work includes partnering with product management and engineering teams to plan for the execution of product vision, overseeing an offshore Deltek team in the Philippines, analyzing KPIs and building reports (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, Smartsheet), mentoring teams, and ensuring employee development.
