Healthcare is complex. Growth inside that complexity requires clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution. For more than 25 years, I have led large, multi-site physician and ambulatory platforms across academic, nonprofit, and for-profit systems. Today, as Regional Chief Operating Officer for Ambulatory Services, I oversee 40+ locations, 300 providers, nearly employees, and more than $460M in annual net revenue across two regions. My work centers on building scalable physician enterprises that improve access, elevate quality, and deliver measurable financial performance. Over the past several years, I have led initiatives that have delivered high impact, for example: • Growth from 125 to 300+ providers• $35M net income improvement in 2024• The two most profitable years in a 40-year regional history (2024 and 2025)• 20%+ surgical and outpatient procedural growth• annual clinic visits• additional new patient appointments generated through scheduling redesign I led the design and opening of a sq ft ambulatory facility representing a $117M capital investment completed in under 18 months. I currently oversee more than sq ft of clinical assets across a 150-mile region while maintaining continuous capital and expansion initiatives. What differentiates my leadership approach is the ability to align physicians, hospital executives, and operational teams around shared metrics and strategic priorities. I have recruited, integrated, and operationalized more than 500 physicians and APPs throughout my career. I have led acquisition transitions, centralized revenue cycle redesign, and developed partnership models that balance employment, hospitalist strategies, and private-practice affiliations.
