I believe the strongest companies are built by leaders who understand the work from the ground up and have the discipline to scale it responsibly.I began my career in the relocation and logistics industry on the front lines—working alongside crews, learning operations firsthand, and developing a deep respect for the people who deliver service every day. Over more than three decades, that experience shaped my leadership philosophy and ultimately led me to acquire and lead Buehler Companies as CEO and owner.Today, I lead Buehler Companies, a 110+ year-old organization undergoing a strategic evolution into a diversified, platform-driven logistics and services company. While relocation remains a core strength, our growth has been driven by expanding into higher-complexity solutions including Office & Industrial relocation, facilities services, IT logistics, critical asset handling, and lifecycle-based service models. Office and Industrial services now represent more than 60% of total revenue, reflecting a deliberate shift toward enterprise-grade execution and long-term client partnerships.A defining influence in my leadership journey has been exposure to platform and alliance-based service models, including my work with DRM America, a global lifecycle solutions provider focused on secure IT asset disposition, data destruction, reverse logistics, and sustainability. That experience reinforced the importance of standardized processes, compliance-driven operations, environmental responsibility, and measurable outcomes—principles that increasingly define modern enterprise expectations and directly inform how we scale services at Buehler today.Beyond business growth, I am deeply committed to building strong teams and developing future leaders. Having grown through every level of the organization myself, I believe culture, accountability, and opportunity are inseparable from performance.
