After two decades of measurable impact, our transformative model for relationship-based services and resources, led by and for youth with lived experience in foster care, is the key to creating lasting impact for transition age foster youths throughout the United States. Which is why we are “scaling by sharing” our proven theory of change with like-minded organizations to create a “100K Community” within 10 years.And we are expanding our impact nationally using three “scaling by sharing” options to replicate the JIT model in ways that best fit and enhance the existing focus of those who share our mission. “A future in which every youth leaving the foster care system has a community of caring adults waiting for them after 18.”
