I have over 25 years of professional experience developing security and authentication solutions across multiple platforms, including embedded hardware appliances. Building a secure platform to simplify estate planning.A few major accomplishments:• Designed an automated system for printing and shipping client trust documents, enhancing operational efficiency. • Architected a complex solution to automate real estate data retrieval, simplifying property transfers into trusts across 3100+ US counties.In this role, I function as an architect / full-stack engineer, using primarily Typescript, Node.js, Bun, React, MySQL, MongoDB, and AWS, among other things. I love my job.The automated printing system retrieves documents from the cloud, sends them to our high-volume commercial printer via PJL/PCL, and monitors the printer via SNMP to determine when they are complete and/or when there are printer issues that require manual attention. Updates are automatically sent to the print/ship team via Slack.Designed and created a system that automates the process of moving client properties into trusts. This is a complex system designed to cover the nuances of all 3100+ counties in the US. As part of that work, I created automation to evaluate the availability of numerous real estate data points from various competing vendors, which informed executive purchasing decisions.After an in-depth analysis of our existing manual process for creating deeds, I designed a UI that turned a very tedious process, which no one wanted to do, into something fast, painless, and that requires minimal effort.
