   I have developed SunBuggy from a small startup to an industry-leading Off-Road driving adventure company with 4 separate entities (3 diverse physical locations in CA, NV, and MI plus an oversight administrative marketing team). This involved business development to establish, obtain, and grow market share in new locations, obtaining operational permits with state and federal agencies, and booking and promotional relationships with various ticketing, concierge, visitors bureaus, and travel agencies. In operations, I\'ve shopped and procured various required insurance policies, negotiated property leases, obtained business permits and licenses, and developed operational procedures and training materials to maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other oversight agencies. I have also designed and overseen the implementation of the online presence and booking system with groundbreaking Search Engine Optimization, Fleet Management, and GPS-enabled customer support portals.I Administer Googe workspace enterprise accounts for all 4 locations including DNS settings (domain name management). I oversee online analytics and advertising campaigns with Google Ads and Facebook, and reputation management programs through staff training and review harvesting with our custom-built CRM.I have learned that truly successful businesses have a clear mission that guides the implementation of all systems to synchronously drive lasting growth and prosperity with a strong brand and social capital.
