I have worked with great people on global projects, from the US to Australia and cities in Africa, UAE, and Central America…just to name a few. Early in my career, I gained hands-on experience working in the oil/gas (O&G) industry as a drilling roustabout, operations operator, and onshore/offshore technical advisor, which allowed me to gain engineering and technical expertise. My career advanced into management and senior-level leadership, with 15+ experience managing facilities, directing plants, and commissioning complex international projects. I develop and execute budgets, manage P&L, and design/implement technical/safety training. From startups to existing facilities, I manage operations, including acquire and train personnel, monitor and motivate workers to ensure productivity levels, meet production quotas and quality standards, monitor budgets to achieve revenue goals, and ensure safety for the well-being of workers and to meet government regulations. Key Differentiators: Driven to Reach Goals, I have surpassed operations/sales goals to hit $34M. Increased gross margin percentages to achieve 40% GM, and improved EBITDA $1.7M. I have introduced and launched new products that all reached profitability in 1 year.
