I have made a career in Corporate Talent Acquisition/Recruiting primarily in the healthcare and managed care industries. My experience includes Human Resources Management & Development, Training & Organizational Development, as well as internal consulting/coaching in the private, public, NFP & government sectors. I am now setting course on a new direction as a Chaplain for Catholic Hospice in the Archdiocese of Miami. Prior to joining AmeriHealth Caritas, I was a Senior Executive Recruiter & Recruitment Manager for American Recruiters, a national healthcare search & recruiting firm. My clients included John Hopkins Specialty Pharmacy, University of Maryland Medical Center Pharmacy, University of Virginia Medical Center as well as numerous clinical and long-term care companies.While at Florida Blue (formerly Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Florida) I help positions as an Interim Director of Human Resources, Organizational Development Specialist & Trainer. I have a history of service to my community. I am a member of the Pembroke Pines, FL Economic Development Board. I represented Florida Blue a member of the Davie, FL Boys & Girls Clubs & to the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce & Leadership Miami for several years. I am a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). I am past President of the Tallahassee and Miami, Florida Chapters of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
