As System Specialist and member of the engineering team, I support the Lencore family of products. Proper installation is critical to the success of the project as is the accurate tuning and balancing of the systems. Whether in the field or from Lencore\'s headquarters in Huntington, NY support of our systems is of paramount importance.Along with my responsibilities as a Lencore Systems Specialist, I lead our Certified Installer Training Program and, Tune & Balance webinars. This position affords me the opportunity to train and certify our installers, meet with dealers and representatives and, to influence how they perceive our products. The program enables us to further their understanding of the potential benefits of our products to organizations worldwide. Best of all, it allows us to put a face on our engineering department and demonstrate why Lencore is the industry leader in Sound Masking, Paging and Background Music solutions.
