Recruiting gives me a front-row seat to that — working with exceptional engineers and leaders, and understanding the patterns in how they think, decide, and perform. I enjoy getting to know people who take ownership of their craft, placing them into roles where they can do their best work, and watching that compound over time. A big part of my work is building technical teams that operate at scale — contributing to products used by billions and shaping systems that have real-world impact.🧠 My approach blends intuition, pattern recognition, and increasingly AI-native thinking around talent, hiring, and decision-making.
