Prior successful programs managed: Successfully managed and launched a TV Everywhere solution on web, iOS, and Android for a Regional Sports Network that included affiliate integrations that reach approximately 13M households across 22 states. To support NBA and MLB requirements, developed an innovative way to implement geographic & program-level rights management in conjunction with an OVP partner. Successfully managed the development of a sports-centric OTT offering combining solutions from over 10 unique business partners. The product offering comprised a web, iOS, and Android front-end with a cloud-based mediation layer, SaaS OTT backend for CMS, EPG for live programming, content aggregation, metadata normalization, and transcoding to VOD in the cloud, cDVR, geo-fencing, DRM integrations with Apple Fairplay, Google Widevine, and Microsoft PlayReady, payment integration with a 3rd party billing provider, multi-platform registration with Facebook, social media integration via Google, in-app purchase functionality with iTunes Connect and Google Play, & 24/7 transport stream monitoring. Successfully managed the signal acquisition, transcoding, encryption, terrestrial fiber distribution, and transport stream monitoring and alerting for over 450 CBR/ABR channels with 99.99%+ availability. Negotiated transport stream rights.
