Lead operations to ~$75MM in annual sales in 2022 (YTD). • Team Development – Manage a team of DC’s achieving 99% order fulfillment over 78 brands, 360 SKUs and 252 distributor-partners, domestically and abroad. • Operations Leader –MS Dynamics NAV- super user developing and managing schedules of ~ bbl/wk volume. Focused on demand, capacity & material planning, and staffing models. Critical thinking & real-time decision-making under high-stress scenarios with limited resources. Key stakeholder within S & OP team- providing Supply Planning support and insight on 6-18 month lead time of upcoming product/brands. • 3P Co-Manufacturing Leadership – Direct feeder production and coordinate logistics of 3P co-manufacturing SKU’s for large chain retail programs including management of transfer orders, PO’s and communication across multiple teams & functions for on-time delivery. • Boneyard Beer Portfolio – Drive production of the BYB portfolio across 3 production facilities, including 8 core brands & 20+ specialties brands.
