As the CFO at Thrustmaster of Texas, a leading manufacturer of marine propulsion systems, I have over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business management. I work closely with the owner and senior leadership on all strategic, financial, and operational issues impacting the company, and lead the Finance, Payroll, Human Resources, and Information Technology teams.I have successfully identified and mitigated financial and business risks, coordinated and managed all external audits, and presented financial and operational performance to stakeholders. I have also created a month-end financial package and slide deck, reorganized the balance sheet, and renegotiated existing service contracts to save the organization over $500K in the first year.
