I’ve been truly blessed over the course of my career thus far, to have worked with some truly stellar people and teams and wonderous technologies. Technology is the tool (and I love tools), but People are the focus and key. To better lives and businesses, and thereby, the planet, through technology is the goal! I have thoroughly enjoyed working in almost every conceivable customer vertical/market and enterprise sales & delivery route-to-market (direct, channel, OEM). I have been challenged and been successful in some the largest Customer IT shops in and across Canada, including the Corporate/Enterprise space, all levels of Public Sector, and specialty verticals such as Healthcare and Education. I have also had opportunity in, and gained a tremendous amount of respect and passion for, specialized OEM partnership projects. Just a few of my most cherished highlights include- being asked to deliver a Keynote Speech in HP Tech Tours 2019 (multi-city Canada roadshow) Topic: Megatrends + Circular Economy + Digital Transformation = “X”-as-a-service- first of its kind HP TechCafe - Market solution Pilot, approved and launched, with Procurement and Public Safety Canada (PSPC) – Senior Director of federal Workplace Renewal Initiative- working with the Province of Nova Scotia and Nova Scotia Health, and the HP Professional Services team to deliver a Windows 10 readiness assessment for the Province, and ultimately setting them on a path towards successful migration to Windows 10- being an integral part of a USA and Canada services sales team that won and HP’s largest Device-As-A-Service deal in 2018 (starting with Canada as the pilot, before full agreement was signed)- helping to organize, and then host/MC Customers, Partners and Subject Matter Experts for multiple HP PC Services Showcase events in Ottawa, ON
