My business partner Melissa Ford and I are lucky to be shareholders in the largest privately held insurance broker in the world after our group of partners sold Truss (August 2018) to become the Kansas City Office. We specialize in working with companies with 100+ employees around the country on their healthcare benefits & the technology platforms that support those processes (ask us about mobile). We typically work with the CFO, CEO & VP of HR. I am lucky to run 9 private executive peer groups, sit on 5 boards, run 2 podcasts and own 4 private executive Speakeasies. In the mornings you will find me having 2-3 coffee meetings or hosting peer groups. All of this is only possible because Melissa Oliva works with our clients 24/7 - 365 days a year. We are the only co-ed partners in the metro and one of the few (if any) partnerships in Kansas City.
