Teachstone is a leading education company generating $35M annually by utilizing its proprietary CLASS tool to drive educator development. Having been appointed the interim chief operating officer, I oversee sales and marketing teams comprising 30 staff. In addition, I manage the full program budget with 40 staff spread across teams delivering 3 distinct services: training delivery, facilitated learning, and teacher assessment. This is all in tandem with continuing to direct the finance, accounting and people operations teams from the CFO office: Paved the way to scale teacher assessment team from to by 2023 Spearheaded sale on one of the largest contracts in company history with a state-wide implementation footprint. Laid the groundwork to renew pilot with Army and strengthen a multi-year deal. Consolidated $3M and 7-person operation into one department to drive efficiency and enterprise-level IT capabilities.
