Based in London, I advise leading domestic and international businesses on complex commercial arrangements in the retail, consumer goods, and technology sectors. My work spans technology and outsourcing agreements, FMCG supply arrangements, franchise agreements, marketing and social media contracts, and operational agreements that underpin business growth and transformation.I combine deep sector knowledge with practical insight to structure, negotiate, and implement agreements that drive strategic value, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.Alongside my commercial practice, I play a key leadership role in Dentons Helix, our premium managed legal services platform. I help clients and in-house teams achieve cost certainty, reduce risk, and scale legal support effectively — blending specialist legal expertise with AI-driven process optimisation to deliver high-quality, sustainable outcomes.I also bring substantial in-house experience through secondments and embedded engagements, having worked within legal teams at iconic retailers, global spirits producers, and UK clearing banks. This gives me a hands-on understanding of the operational and strategic pressures facing today’s general counsel.I am passionate about helping clients navigate complex commercial and technology challenges while delivering tangible business impact.
