   As the Director of Program Management, I lead a dynamic $190M portfolio encompassing eight innovative information technology programs on the Enterprise Services Integrated Platform (ESIP) contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs. These programs provide comprehensive IT support services across multiple functional domains, with a primary focus on data and analytics. In this role, I am responsible for program, project, and delivery management and have obtained perfect CPARS and QASP scores for the five year duration of the contract. I have also held the positions of project manager for HDR, ADR, VADIR, and VIS. Prior to ESIP, I held the position of deputy program manager for a high-impact $100M+ blanket purchase agreement (BPA), where I spearheaded the provision of application development and maintenance support services to a key Department of Defense client. My key activities in these roles included:• Established customer service level agreements, the program management office, and Agile tooling and processes across the program. Additionally, I preserved or updated workshare agreements that were beneficial for my company and all partner companies, and exceeded business unit goals as I oversaw the staffing of more than two hundred resources across a team of ten partner companies.• Negotiated contract ceiling increases by leveraging opportunities in response to newly enacted PACT Act legislation. Collaborated with corporate innovation teams to introduce new and expanded customer services and solutions.• Led four successful infrastructure migrations from multiple VA datacenters to multiple clouds (AWS and Azure), and established and implemented post-migration cloud modernization roadmaps resulting in improved performance, reliability, and scalability.• Program recipient of multiple FORUM Innovation Awards, and Digital Health Transformation awards from industry, recognizing technical excellence, modernization, and maturity in Agile and DevSecOps.
