As Project Manager within Thames Water’s Leakage Transformation Programme, I led the rapid review of a six-month initiative and designed the holistic Leakage Operating Model—now signed off for delivery. My work focused on embedding cultural change, increasing accountability, improving data quality, and establishing clear governance and control mechanisms.I developed and delivered a strategic engagement and change approach, aligning stakeholders across the business and enabling sustainable transformation. This work was underpinned by the wider Transformation Portfolio and PMO Framework, ensuring robust governance, clear benefits mapping, and alignment with corporate objectives.Working across multiple programmes, I drove strategic clarity and operational efficiency, helping shift the organisation from reactive to preventative leakage management. My approach combined deep stakeholder engagement, evidence-based decision making, and a commitment to delivering measurable impact.
