I’m the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Grocery Outlet, the nation’s leading extreme-value retailer with more than 500 independently operated stores across the U.S. In this role, I’m responsible for end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution while enabling the company’s unique opportunistic buying model that delivers unmatched value to customers. Prior to joining Grocery Outlet, I spent nearly 20 years leading one of the most complex supply chains in retail at Target—spanning transportation, trade, inventory, planning, systems, and fulfillment—helping the company earn five “Shipper of the Year” awards. I’ve built and transformed teams across every major supply chain function, managed over $6B in annual spend across 55 global facilities moving more than a billion cartons, and driven more than $2B in cost savings through process improvement, automation, and structural redesign. I’m known for turning around organizations by obsessing over two things: culture and clarity. I brings precision to chaos—whether designing an AI-driven network overhaul, navigating global trade disruption, or aligning thousands of people behind a shared mission. My leadership thrives equally in the boardroom and on the distribution floor, and my experience spans advising the White House on national supply chain resilience to coaching youth athletes on weekends
