Before that, I was a Principal Consulting Engineer at CDW for 10 years, where I engaged in customer satisfaction issues, trained and supported wireless engineers, developed deployment spreadsheets, and built a lab at home to test different scenarios. I have been recognized as a Cisco Designated VIP for Wireless Mobility Forum since 2011 and a Cisco Champion for 2021 and 2023.
