About Scott Cassidy

I’m an organizational psychologist and ICF-certified coach who partners with individuals and teams at all levels to navigate complexity, grow their capabilities, and drive meaningful organizational impact. I help executives, leaders, individual contributors, and all employees strengthen their effectiveness, develop their teams, and tackle complex business challenges in ways that create enduring impact.Throughout my career, I’ve brought together executive and leadership coaching, assessment and development of leaders, employee development, talent programs, learning at scale, and enterprise talent strategy across a variety of clients, organizations, environments, and cultures — as a consultant, applied researcher, teacher, coach, leader, and team member. I’ve built and transformed teams, designed data-driven programs, and delivered solutions that create measurable impact across the talent life cycle — all with a focus on translating strategy into real-world results.Collaboration is at the heart of how I work. I’m known for building trusted partnerships with leaders, HR teams, and clients to co-create solutions that accelerate growth and scale organizational capability. I’m deeply energized by, and committed to, coaching, teaching, and mentoring at all stages — I learn as much or more from the people around me as I hope they learn from me.I’ve been fortunate to contribute to award-winning teams and organizations, and I stay actively engaged in the HR, coaching, and I/O psychology communities — as a panelist, conference and manuscript reviewer, and contributor to both mass media and peer-reviewed publications.
