I am proud to join Franklin Electric Co, Inc.(NASDAQ: FELE) to oversee the Franklin Water Treatment Applications Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for the design, quoting and ongoing support of water treatment solutions for Franklin’s Commercial and Industrial (C&I) customers. My role is to manage FWT workflow in a manner that is aligned to meet FWT business needs as the company continues to grow both organically and inorganically. Franklin Electric is the global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of products and systems focused on the movement and management of water and fuel. Commercial, agricultural, industrial, and municipal applications are done with over employees. Franklin Electric was named in Newsweek’s lists of “America’s Most Trustworthy Companies” again this year.

Throughout my career, I\'ve had the privilege to be part of numerous exceptional design and construction projects. In my experience, having a team of knowledgeable owners, creative architects, and quality-minded construction professionals is crucial for success. When talented individuals work together with a shared goal, there\'s nothing better. Whether it is a private, public, or negotiated project, finding the right people with the right mindset is key to achieving incredible results. One of my biggest strengths is bringing the best team together with the necessary resources to develop and achieve success. Without consensus, success is difficult for any team. But, when all parties involved are aligned and heads are nodding in agreement, it can be done! I\'ve seen firsthand the power of this approach. The stunning building above is a LEED Silver facility that is truly exceptional outside and inside. It was designed by MSKTD Architects, an exceptional architectural firm, with whom I have spent time with in the past daydreaming and working together.
