Both were designed to solve real operational challenges I saw firsthand.RenewAlert is a business management tool that tracks critical deadlines across industries. From lease expirations and vendor reviews to DOT compliance and HR tasks, it helps teams avoid costly mistakes. Titan-8 is an IT Asset Management platform used to track over 2,250 assets across the U.S. It manages serial numbers, lease expirations, software builds, and meter reads across multiple locations. It’s especially valuable for copier dealers and companies with large, distributed equipment fleets.My approach is hands-on and grounded in execution. I’ve spent time in every role, including three years on the trucks, building trust and understanding the work at every level.
