   Planned and executed a strategic marketing and promotions plan for an independently owned casino with 600+ slots, 12 table games, steakhouse, cafe, sports betting, 122-room hotel and a multi-purpose event center. • Overhauled existing Marketing Plans with strategic placement of Promotions, Free Play Monthly Offers and Special Events, including product launches, concerts and VIP events. • Created and maintained $2.7 million annual budget for Media, Marketing, Promotions, Player Development and Special Events to ensure the overall Marketing spend stays within parameters of total property revenue, plus managed over $10 million in promotional redemption for casino players. • Develop the WaterView brand as a leader in Entertainment in the Vicksburg Market by booking live performers and bands of diverse genres, with multiple shows per month, both free and ticketed. • Managed social media content and development, with 51.4% increase in reach and 14.4% increase in followers in 7 months. • Execute and develop strategic promotions, special events, loyalty and guest experience programs and entertainment designed to increase market share; property experienced a 7% increase in market share from April (my start date) through May 2025.
