Working as an Agile Delivery Lead on a programme to reverse engineer and rebuild legacy government applications using AI-assisted tooling. The programme uses an agentic workflow built on Claude Code, taking legacy source code, UI screenshots, and stakeholder interview transcripts as inputs and producing structured analysis documents and a Product Requirements Document (PRD) as outputs. Scott’s primary responsibility is delivery leadership: managing the iterative development of the workflow, facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring the programme adheres to Defra’s AI governance guidance. In addition to this delivery role, Scott has contributed directly to the design and evolution of the agentic workflow itself, applying his technical background to bridge delivery and engineering concerns.
