I joined Sun Life in 1995 as an Associate Counsel in the Law Department and held a series of roles with increasing responsibilities before becoming Vice President and General Counsel in 2004 and Senior Vice President and General Counsel in 2007. Prior to joining Sun Life, I served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as an attorney in the Boston office of McDermott, Will and Emery and as an attorney with Latham and Watkins in Los Angeles.
