I advise private‑equity funds, sponsors, corporate investors and counsel on Representations & Warranties Insurance (RWI), contingent, tax and non‑payment insurance, guiding them through risk assessment, policy structuring, negotiation and claims.Prior to joining Gallagher, I managed over 150 RWI engagements totalling more than $2 billion in coverage, with deals ranging from $8 million to $8 billion worldwide. I was an early adopter of applying RWI in commercial real estate, GP‑led secondaries, minority investments and Latin America M&A. Previously, I built a $3 million+ renewable insurance book and created comparative guides on how transactional risk is used in different jurisdictions. I’ve also negotiated policy forms for leading law firms and taught CLE courses on this specialty.With a background as an M&A attorney, I blend legal insight with brokerage expertise to provide practical guidance.
