Remodeled the department’s data warehouse into a medallian architecture for most efficient use indownstream AI applications and dashboards. Designed an entity relationship diagram to organize data for ease-of-use by key stakeholders and internal agents based upon focused consultations of user needs- Created an Airflow powered data and event monitoring system relying on user-generated queries to track issues across fleets. Enabled developers and support personnel to immediately be aware of the extent and scope of of bugs and regressions and deploy resources to to mediate- Developed a self-serve application to monitor for and catch regressions in vehicle data quality before, during and after the release of new firmware versions. Allowed the release team to confidently continue or pause deployments so that new features could be released on a regular cadence. Included 30+ backend Google BigQuery data models created with efficient SQL in an Airflow pipeline- Enhance the experience of large customers such as Amazon and PepsiCo. through assistingproduct owners identify shortcomings in their data. Built a machine learning model to isolate false-positive speeding alerts that was able to resolve a P2-priority issue and churn risk by first quarantining affected devices and eventually pushing a fix.
