As a seasoned leader with experience as Scrum Master and Agile Lead, I thrive on empowering global Agile teams to achieve their full potential. My mission is to introduce and implement Agile principles across diverse teams, regardless of their maturity level. I’ve successfully guided busy data analytics teams as a Product Manager, coaching them through Agile adoption, managing work requests, and collaborating with leadership and stakeholders. My leadership journey spans various domains, including Information Security, Project Management, and Team Management, and includes spearheading the global training program to upgrade a Mainframe SCM modernization.Beyond my professional responsibilities, I actively contribute to the local community as well as enabling my colleagues to do so. As Chair of the ‘Force for Good’ Employee Resource Group for Northern Ireland, I championed a range if social impact initiatives. Additionally, I’m a qualified Mental Health First Aider, committed to actively promoting mental health initiatives as well as offering support for individuals when needed. Education: I graduated with First-Class Honours in English Literature, complemented by a minor in Cultural and Media Studies from QUB. Currently, I’m pursuing my second degree through the Open University. Continuous Improvement: My journey is fuelled by a passion for lifelong learning.
