Executed a multi-year modernization roadmap focused on digitization, automation, and leadership development.Key Accomplishments- Increased operational efficiency by 10% by pioneering the adoption of Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs)—mitigating staffing shortfalls and reducing manual workload- Built and launched an internal leadership development program and talent management system—developing future leaders and succession pathways within the unit- Strengthened cross-organizational communication by repositioning the unit’s strategic value to key stakeholders across the CAF and Department of National DefenceThis role sharpened my expertise in leading through complexity, developing leadership talent at scale, and implementing systems that drive both efficiency and engagement.
