I am currently managing the orchestration of primary sales and trading activities associated with the low touch offering with a mandate to enhance adoption across the platform in collaboration with cross-functional colleagues from sales trading and research sales teams. I engage with clients and foster robust relationships as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor to enable uptake of electronic trading functionality. Highlights in this role to date include: Established and built this business from the ground up, securing 25+ new account openings during the initial implementation period and subsequently increased the new account openings metric by over 30% YoY. Devised processes and procedures that resulted in a 25% YoY increase in client revenue penetration. Primary Trader for the 10b-18 buyback desk and executed high-volume transactions (2M+ shares daily). Designed and deployed custom execution strategies for clients based on an intensive analysis of individual requirements using Clearpool AMS technology. Developed a pipeline of new business by formulating relationships with prospective domestic equity program trading clients and single stock algorithmic users, utilizing the BD Vision database solution to analyze client feasibility and prospect for new marketing opportunities. Active member and presenter on Best Execution Committee. Analyze Truist order data to make recommendations on routing decisions through various execution providers and strategies. Assessed routing and execution statistics, venue reversion, fill rates, liquidity add/remove, and performance metrics vs. specific benchmarks (i.e, VWAP, Arrival Price, and beta adjusted Arrival Price).
