I have worked in the General Contracting/Construction Management field for the past 30+ years doing estimating, preconstruction, and project management.Prior to 1995, I worked in the drywall industry, starting out as a laborer, and then working my way to apprentice, journeyman, foreman, estimator, and project manager.Specialties: I understand and can read blueprints for all trades (Civil, Arch, Structural, MEP, etc.)I am an experienced user (20+ yrs) of On-Screen Takeoff. I can also do drawing take-offs and extensions by hand.
