Personal Bio:After I graduated from Central Michigan University with a double major in Human Resources and Hospitality Services Management, I started in Talent Acquisition with Quicken Loans, now Rocket Companies. I had to adapt constantly to partner with many companies and business units across the Rock Family of Companies to hire and keep a vast variety of roles at all different experience levels. As my career in recruiting within the Rocket Companies progressed, my niche was working with organizations outside of Rocket Companies but still within the Rock Family of Companies, and one of those organizations was Bedrock. I loved Bedrock’s goals & mission and was prideful that I could 100% stand behind them, which was something I have always required in my career as a recruiter. I lead recruiting strategy and efforts with Bedrock while at Rocket Companies, starting in the summer of 2021, and was ecstatic to join them directly as their Recruiting Manager in January 2023. In my position, I am constantly looking to innovate and adapt our recruiting strategies as the real estate market evolves to make sure we can identify top talent from our own recruiting efforts and work with external recruiting agencies & vendors.
