I am a senior O&G leader with broad business, technical, and project experience. I recognize the supreme importance of, and get energy from, combining leadership, technical, communication, and soft skills to add value, build relationships, and solve multi-discipline and system-level challenges. I have a passion for helping people and businesses grow.Over my 24 year career in industry I have gained a broad knowledge and strong system-level understanding of offshore, subsea, and onshore development concepts, oil and gas field equipment, marine and onshore pipeline systems, and cross-disciplinary technical interfaces while also acquiring SME-level flow assurance and operability capabilities. I have been effective as a: strategic and frontline organizational leader; project manager for multi-technical-discipline projects; technical contributor and advisor; liaison between technology, clients and other stakeholders; and proactive contributor to business development efforts. My career has progressed through increasingly responsible technical and leadership positions within a major oil and gas operating company, engineering companies, and a technology & installation supplier.I have a strong business sense with a keen appreciation of the impact of design decisions and life-of-field performance on project economics. I have a proven ability to grow teams, develop and retain talent, meet company KPIs, and improve intercompany coordination across global regions. I am a well-connected member of industry steering committees and boards of directors, have been an invited keynote conference speaker, and am the author or presenter of nearly 30 papers, journal articles, and training courses. In my free time you may find me spending time with family & friends, working on my 1967 Mustang, learning something new, hiking & exploring, or hoping my Green Bay Packers win it all this year.

   Leading flow assurance and operability aspects for multiple deepwater platforms and subsea tiebacks in the Gulf of Mexico. Supporting operations and production engineering on periodic operational issues and troubleshooting. Advising on field development efforts for greenfield subsea tiebacks and brownfield modifications via guiding contractor workscopes and as an individual contributor. Providing flow assurance solutions to allow shut-in wells to return to production. Key part of the team working to meet yearly BOEPD production goals for Oxy\'s deepwater GoM assets.
